8 Account Closure and Termination

You may request account closure at any time by contacting the ggjili support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to the standard withdrawal process and any applicable bonus wagering requirements.

ggjili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for violation of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or at our discretion with reasonable cause. Where an account is closed due to a violation, pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation.

9 Limitation of Liability
